AD of Nursing and Quality Contract

I am seeking an interim to cover the post of an AD of Nursing and Quality within the Health sector, for the NHS. The position is for 6 months and certainly could go on for longer.

Whilst the position is based in London, the hiring manager is open to remote based working. You based be asked to come into the London office, however the position is remote based.

As the AD of Nursing and Quality you will be asked to do the following:

Assurance to Governing Committee Structure in relation to Quality
Have awareness of what is happening between changing organisation of a CCG to an ICB and understanding the changes necessary.
Network across the CCG / ICB and external stakeholders, including Chief Nurses at providers
Need to have a strategic knowledge of quality in the system Inc Patient Safety
Understanding national quality boards
Act as a Comms link to the board and overarching quality team
Contributing to quality strategy
Chairing and facilitating meetings
Escalation of risks and actioning those risks
Policy development
Quality Improvement
Budgetary responsibility and line management of staff – 8b (at least 2)
