This is a highly unusual role for a VERY bright, detail focused data entry person PLUS admin
Not unlike a stockbrokers, this is a fast expanding trading firm with multiple transactions every day.
It has elements of logistics too so we need almost OBSESSIVE levels of detail,
Significant data entry (so an OCD approach is useful)
Some client contact, and some gentle easy going banter but as mistakes are v costly – we need a very serious, diligent person.
Graduate trainees v welcome…
The owner/MD will train you and you'll report into and work alongside a late 20's lady who we recruited 2 years before Covid. She really knows her stuff and will mentor you.
You will need to have OUTSTANDING attention to detail, good mental maths and a logical approach. If I can be blunt – we need someone who has common sense and applied intelligence to self check and spot patterns.
The business is growing and there are opportunities for more responsibility in time. I have known the owner for 3 years. Highly respected.
Paying £23,000 to £25,000.

Can do 2 days WFM after first 3 months.
If you want to WFH, you'll need your own laptop. It's all web based so zero security issues.
8 to 5-30 Mon to Friday. 30 minutes for lunch.
