Lead Theatre Practitioner – Spinal/Orthopaedic / Private Hospital Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Theatre Practitioner with Spinal & Orthopedic experience to lead and manage a theatre team in a private hospital in Marylebone.

Key Responsibilities:

* To deliver an exceptional spinal/orthopaedic service to all Consultant users.

* Ensure that all spinal and orthopaedic lists run efficiently and safely ensuring all instrumentation and implants are readily available for each and every procedure

Ideal Candidate:

* Nurse/ODP

* NMC/HCPC Registration

* Ability to ‘scrub’ and demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all spinal/orthopaedic cases performed within the hospital..

* ASP/SFA qualification essential*

* Previous experience in a acute healthcare environment and experiencing managing and leading a clinical team/Theatre team.

* Effective Communication and Strong interpersonal skills.
