We have partnered with a leading private hospital organisation offering care across a range of medical and surgical interventions. They have a vacancy for a Paediatric Nurse to work supporting paediatric patients pre and post operative.
RESONSIBILITIES
The overall responsibility in the hospitals surgical ward working as a Paediatric Nurse is to support with the pre and post operative care of patients. Yor role as a Paediatric Nurse is to demonstrate good clinical practice and be responsible for all aspects of acute patient care whilst reporting into the Senior Staff Nurses on the ward. You will work to assess, plan and deliver the right standard of care to each patient in the pre and post operative phase. You will be able to quickly identify any issues or concerns and act accordingly and be a real advocate for your patients needs as well as their families. You will also be assigned ad hoc duties by the Senior team.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered RCN with NMC pin number
Experience of working in an acute hospital setting
Willingness to undergo training and support your personal development
Be a caring and compassionate nurse with a strong attention to detail
