About You as the team's new Office Administrator:
Your primary focus is to provide administrative support to the central Operations, Facilities and Sales teams.
Working directly with the Head of Ops and working together to support the Head of Sales and Facilities Manager, your skills will be used well in many ways each week including:

Monitoring and updating Sales and Operations data spreadsheets
*
Producing sales reports for Management and Investor review
*
Scheduling maintenance and servicing with contractors as part of facilities management
*
Overseeing the business rates and utilities expenses across the portfolio
*
Ad hoc support to the Canvas team
*
Tracking and updating team KPI’s

Hours: Full-time from Monday to Friday
Based: Luke Street, London, EC2A
Salary: up to £30,000
