Are you an experienced project manager who has experience delivering schemes across the commercial Occupier market? You will be working for a highly experienced business unit that work with Occupier clients on both Cat A and B fit out schemes up to 50,000 sq ft.
This business will consider candidates at Assistant Project Management and Project Management level who have had 4-5 years’ experience working for a Project Management consultancy.
This team consists of several experienced project management professionals and due to repeat business and expansion they are looking to bolster their current team of Project Managers.
This role will be based in the heart of the City of London, with time spent on site and in the office. This consultancy provides excellent commercial schemes with a huge variety of projects and a clear progression structure for staff. Candidates will have the opportunity to diversify into other sectors such as heritage, arts and culture.
Salary on offer will be up to £55,000 per annum plus extensive benefits. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Candidates will need to display prior experience in the following areas:
– Contract Administration – JCT Suite
– Change Control, Contract Instructions, Claims.
– Lead on coordinating RFI responses
– Snagging and defect close out
