Role: Ground maintenance operative/Gardener (STATIC ROLE)
Based: Richmond – TW10
Pay: £13.20 per hour PAYE or £14.98 umbrella both rates including holiday pay
I am currently recruiting for a experienced grounds maintenance operative to work within a social housing environment, the role is with a large social housing provider working on a nice site.
The role is on going with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
It is a static role based in Richmond.
This is a full time role working 8:00am – 4:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break paid for 35 hours a week.
General duties:
Strimming
Hedge cutting
Lawn mowing
Litter picking
Shrub pruning
Weeding
You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds in the estate ensuring they are kept to a high standard.
All tools will be provided.
Experience of using petrol tools and understand how to maintain them regarding oil changes and cleaning etc. would help.
The right candidate will show great communication skills and a can do attitude to tasks given.
The role will involve helping and speaking to residents on a daily basis so good customer service skills are a must and being respectful and polite to every person is expected.
