Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with and support a team of project and design consultants, ensuring customer satisfaction through the full order cycle from design to delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Tracking open projects, checking drawings to confirm manufacturing specifications are correct and ensuring all details are passed over to the manufacturing team within the given time frames.
* Liaising with customers to confirm order details and verify incomplete information.
* Creating manufacturing/installation documentation.
* Ensuring all projects are correctly priced.
* Document control and CRM updates
In addition, you will provide basic administrative support to the Design and Sales team; managing team holiday and sickness records, processing team commissions and expenses for director approval and managing the sign out log for team assets.
Demonstrable experience of delivering small projects accurately and within set time frames is essential. As is your ability to present information clearly and concisely, prioritise your workload according to business needs and remain customer focused. You must be fully IT literate and have experience with CRM systems and knowledge of design, manufacturing or installation processes.
This is an office-based role, Monday-Friday, core hours are 9am-5pm however some flexibility may be needed. You will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you may be required to provide on-site project support.
