Technical Manager, North West London*
An experienced Technical Manager is required for one of the UK's largest developers, whose reputation for building quality projects proceeds them. Acclaimed as experts at building vibrant communities, our client pride themselves on building homes that suit everyone from stylish apartments, traditional terraced to detached houses. This role will be office based in North West London.
This position requires someone with a full technical understanding who can develop good relations and act with integrity. They will be an excellent communicator and well organized with attention to detail.
Ideally this role would suit existing Technical Managers already working for a developer or contractor, looking to join a successful business who encourage career development and pride themselves on providing a product focused around design. Ambitious Senior Technical Coordinators and Design Coordinators looking for a challenge and to progress their career will also be considered.
A remuneration of up to £75K plus package is on offer for the right candidate.
