My client are seeking a bright Administrator to join their team.
Purpose of the Role
To support the Sales team in the administration of the department, specifically regarding managing incoming calls and emails and simple order processing.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls, determining who they should go to, and ensuring the customer’s expectations are set and is kept informed
• Manage email enquiries determining who they should be answered by across the business
• Process simple orders – raising a quote, invoices and take payments
• Be fully aware of the product range and all its unique selling points
• To manage the relationship between us and our local distributor
• Flexibility to help the sales team with daily task

• Excellent use of MS-Office (especially Word and Excel), and
