12 Month FTC (35 hours per week)

Grafton is looking for a Sales Associate based in London for well -established Luxury Fashion Retailer.

To be considered for the role, you must have previous experience in sales and customer service along with strong appetite for luxury fashion & customer relations.

Responsibilities as a Sales Associate:

welcoming the customers and providing high quality advice and sales service,
create customer loyalty and actively support all CRM and clientele activities,
manage all client's needs, keeping up-to-date with product information, trends, fabrics and sartorial cuts, and be able to talk to and make conversation with customers,
offering alternative items and add-on products to them,
supporting new and existing customers over the phone as well as face to face in order to meet their needs,
convey company values and company's research into fabrics, highlighting their uniqueness and specific features,
achieve monthly and quarterly budgets and targets
following up on enquires and advising customers on the best solution for their particular needs, including selling to achieve the store targets,
maintain visual merchandising standards, restock the store and deal with the main cash desk and stockroom activities according to company policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate for the Sales Associate must have:

at least 3/5 years of experience in the world of luxury retail essential,
dynamic, energetic, and positive minded character,
excellent communication, excellent elocution, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
capable of building client relationships,
innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving.How To Apply:
