The Role – Youth Worker
For this role, we are recruiting for a resilient and hard-working Youth Worker to support students who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs. You will be required to provide academic and emotional support to the students in order to build a rapport with them and encourage social enhancement. Due to the students' needs, it is essential for the ideal Youth Worker to have experience working with children or young people who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs as well as challenging behaviour.
SEMH School – Youth Worker
This SEMH school is located in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham. They currently have 47 students who attend the school and cater to students aged between 5-19 years who have SEMH needs. This school has an Ofsted rating of 'Good' in all areas from their last inspection, has good transport links & on-site parking available.
