My client is a Leading Construction and Civil Engineering Company.
They are currently looking to appoint, on a contract basis, an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Civil Engineering Projects.
Their core sectors include;
* Civil Engineering
* Building refurbishment
* Fit-Out
* Rail
* M&E
* Bridges & other Major Structures
The successful applicant will predominantly be based with the commercial team at the
Requirements:
* Experience of working on Civil Engineering Contracts > £1 Million from start to final account
* NEC contract experience
* Sub-contract procurement & management experience
* Managing with the PM the project forecast internally and externally
* Managing with the PM the contract reporting
* IT literate and advanced Excel skills
* Able to manage change, Client and Subcontractor facing
* Ideally holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Experienced in working cost management systems
