Job Role: Right to Buy
Salary: Up to £30ph Umbrella
Location: North London
Hours: 36 – Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch
Temporary role: 6 months + On-going contract
Commutable area with easy access to public transport
Up to 28 days paid holiday
Job security dependant on performance and work ethicAn exciting opportunity has arisen within a Local Authority for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Client based in North London.
The main responsibilities of this Right to Buy Valuer role is:
The Council's Report and valuation templates will be provided for the Valuer to complete
The Valuer will note the condition of the property and take photographs
The Valuer will contact the resident and make an appointment to inspect the property
Site, Location and Estate plans will be provided for the Valuer to mark up the boundaries and edge in red the demised property
The Valuer will be provided with an instruction sheet and file of the right to buy application which will contact and property details.
The Valuer will measure the floor area and then plot the measured survey on a 1:200 scaled plan
