Based in the City, this international organisation are seeking a highly experienced administrator to join them, supporting a specialist department that provide information and advice on business crime and misconduct to companies.
The Administration Executive will provide all operations support for initiatives that increase external stakeholder engagement.
In addition to providing administrative support they will: manage a subscription/membership scheme, assist with event planning and registration processes, produce quality documentation consisting of accurate and current information and manage the everyday departmental income and expenditure.
Additionally they should be comfortable presenting ideas and assist with marketing plans by helping write and edit content for the website and social media.
Suitable candidates will have had experience of a similar varied administration role. They should be excellent communicators having had previous stakeholder interactions at senior level, be highly organised and familiar with working to meet tight deadlines. Solid Microsoft skills are essential.
