We’re now looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant for our temp division in our London office to help us develop and deliver our continued growth!
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Match & identify suitable booking opportunities for temp workers
* Filling shifts on a supply & contract basis using our internal CRM
* Sourcing, screening and retaining qualified & experienced healthcare workers seeking temporary work
* Use job boards and managing other platforms used to attract the best workforce
* Working alongside a dedicated compliance team to ensure candidates are being cleared to work
* Ensure retention of temporary workers through fair and competitive pay rates as well as marketing initiatives
* Maintain profitable margins through appropriate charge rates within business guidelines
* Generate new business as well as account management
* Ensure adherence to personal activity and revenue targets
Your Profile:
* Minimum 1 – 2 years proven track record in temp recruitment
* Ideally good knowledge of the healthcare industry
* Experience in working with high volume workloads
* Experience in working with tight deadlines at speed
* Excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
* Being comfortable with CRM tools and modern applications (Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
